MAYDAY MARCH for cannabis law reform Wednesday May 1 …at 1 pm from Lismore Court House to our local MP’s offices

Nimbin’s MardiGrass organisers say they are ready for the big crowds expected to descend on the village this weekend. We start our annual protest tomorrow with our Mayday March from Lismore Court House to invite our local Members of Parliament to MardiGrass and remind them we are just like them, only we prefer weed. Janelle Saffin is sympathetic to at least medical use we know, but why not recreational? But is the National Party’s Kevin Hogan, who is up for re-election, ready to step out of the Nat’s drizabone and support us? We’ll find out on Wednesday.
