All members are invited to attend the annual general meeting at 11am on Saturday 16 November 2019 at the Nimbin Hemp Embassy, 51 Cullen Street. Nominations for an elected position on the executive committee must be received by the Secretary at least one week before the meeting – email head@hempembassy.net or phone 02 6689 0326. Voting for Office Bearers will be by open ordinary ballot by those present at the meeting only.
