Big week! So much good news and some really conflicting news …
Member of Parliament, Rachel Payne of Legalise Cannabis Victoria, (strange to even type that, let alone be there Rachael) was inaugurated to the Legislative Council of Victoria on 21st February 2023. I’ve put the video just down the page a bit, I recommend giving it a watch, I personally really enjoyed what you said. It takes a lot to bare all for our little plant. Congratulations.
Rachael and David have been campaigning for driving laws and its started to take hold. Dan Andrews said some things I thought I would never hear. Progress, isn’t it wonderful.
The Raw Paper Company, we all know and may or may not love, has gotten themselves in some pretty deep water by falsely declaring themselves as a charity… oops, maybe they just forgot.
Pain Australia, is taking a snapshot of Consumer Patient Care and the process of obtaining regular medicinal cannabis and encourages other companies to get on board.
Towards the bottom of the page, from Urban Dictionary, there’s a bit of a definition for the word “Cannabis”, I liked it so much I felt compelled to share it.

Urban Dictionary: Cannabis
The point of this entry should really be this: That the word “Cannabis” is not slang at all. Instead it is the accepted botanical Genus name for the plant we know by so many other slang and colloquial terms: Hemp, Pot, Marijuana, Ganja, Weed, etc. etc. (Cannabis sps. sativa, indica, and ruderalis.) Let the word Cannabis remind us that this indigenous herb, which the self-destructive dominator culture feels it needs to persecute so much, is in fact one of the many gifts from the abundant Earth… as natural as the clouds, the rain, the corn in the fields and all the many fruits of our gracious intelligent, and loving planet, Gaia.
