A friendly reader dropped us some words of advice on keeping cool while the heat keeps up, thanks for your contribution shine!Also thanks for those little emails we get sent from our readers, we appreciate your feedback always 🙂 Shinexox:Some non-air-conditioning tips to stay cool:You can buy an empty plastic spray bottle.Fill with water and few drops essential oil.Put in fridge.Spray icy water over body to keep cool.Also you can fill a empty hot water bottle with cold water.Put in freezer and freeze.Use as a cold compact when needed.Thanks Shine for your contribution! In the news this week: Germany did the deed and passed the vote,quite overwhelmingly in fact!Just proves what people power can achieve. The Medical bodies are a bit upset about it,feels very similar to we are headed here in Oz.Food for Thought.
