Legalise Cannabis Victoria introduced a motion calling for reform of workplace drug testing laws it describes as outdated and unfair to medicinal cannabis patients. David Ettershank noted in August last year that, “Workplace drug testing policies produced by WorkSafe have not been updated in Victoria for 17 years, they were drawn up almost a decade before doctors could prescribe medicinal cannabis here”.
